Checking the order and signing the contract

After the order is received, it is analyzed and an answer about the results of the review is sent to the customer's address. If the decision is positive, a contract for the provision of Certification services is concluded. The certification audit is conducted in two stages.

The first step of certification

The first step of certification of the management system is carried out by the auditors of B.I.S. A number of basic requirements for the organizational structure, procedures, and processes of the management system are checked.

The second step of certification

The purpose of the second step is to determine the compliance of the organization's management system, its processes and workplaces with all the requirements of the required standard (s) and the internal documents of the organization itself, to evaluate the effectiveness of the management system and the ability to achieve the goals set within the framework of policy implementation, to meet the mandatory legislative and other regulatory requirements of the organization. is to evaluate the degree of fulfillment.

Decision on issuing a certificate

If the results of the audit are positive, a decision is made to issue a certificate. Along with the certificate, the Organization also receives a regulatory document: rules for using B.I.S LLC conformity marks, as well as necessary PR support and advice from B.I.S LLC. The organization must sign an agreement on the application of the certificate of conformity (and mark) of the management system. The certificate of conformity is valid for three years if it is confirmed during the inspection.

Inspection control

The purpose of the inspection control is to keep the organization's management system in working condition, to fulfill the regulations on sustainable development, to evaluate the efficiency of the management system and to determine the compliance of the activity with the required standard and the requirements for the management system. Inspection control is carried out at least once in a calendar year.

Recertification

To undergo Recertification, you need to apply for recertification at the central office of B.I.S LLC. After passing the inspection and making a positive decision, a certificate of compliance is issued for the next three-year period.
